I'm glad this promotion was ended so quickly, that has to be the most irresponsible way to get a pet, ever. *facepalms hard*

if you read the article it says that they had accidently missed a word so rather than ge a small animal it was meant to be a small animal kit which i assume is supplies but still it sounds bad

Though the company said it was a mis-print, it should have read "Free pet kit". Only one employee said otherwise.

I'm glad to hear it was a misprint, because giving away pets like that is a terrible and incredibly irresponsible idea *shudders*

I've read that it was a mis-print too, and I really hope it's the truth and not just an excuse...

(The pet shop was against it too, so I guess no real harm could've come from it, but stil... The idea is scary.)

if it wasn't a misprint that would be the worst way to sell pets don't you think
