Dried worms are actually pretty bad for African dwarf frogs and can make them sick. You should feed them frozen blood worms.

You can buy the frozen ones at pretty much any pet store. You just have to break a small piece off and let it defrost (don't microwave) it so your frogs can eat it. I always got a little bit of tank water in a small cup and put a little piece of the frozen worms in the cup to defrost. Then once they were all broken up and no longer frozen I just poured it back in :) Dried worms can expand in their stomachs which can cause problems to their digestive track. Aquatic animals are especially hard to save once they get sick so you need to be very careful to try to prevent health problems.

I can't stress this enough - DO NOT keep ADFs with bettas! Bettas are large and aggressive fish, and ADFs are naturally shy. Please, please do not give them freeze dried bloodworms. They must have frozen/thawed bloodworms or brineshrimp.
