The female's parts are all internal, obviously so the "belly button" type bump is usually right above the anus. Sometimes the belly-button looking appendage is higher up than you might think, and can be in between what is classified as male or female, making it hard to determine the sex. I had this problem with my robos.
I really hope you don't have them housed together, though. If so, you can almost guarantee your female is pregnant.
