I am writing an argumentative essay about proper hamster care for my English class, and I am searching for the best resources I can find on proper care. In particular, I am looking for something about wheel size, bedding depth, cage size, nutrition and such things. I know a lot of the best websites are hidden quite well, so I wanted to drop by here and ask if anyone would please post some links to some awesome hamster care related websites.

It'd be much appreciated if anyone can help me find some of these hidden websites. (:

As much as I'd like to say I could use topics on Hamster Hideout as resources, I don't think my teacher would consider forums to be credible resources. ):

It's due in a couple of weeks, on May 1st.

All I'm really asking for is a list of links. I'm sure someone around here has them bookmarked or saved somewhere. (:

Here's one about proper housing conditions for lab hamsters that also includes a list of references at the bottom:

I also like Hamsterific, though it might not seem reputable/professional enough for use in a paper:

A paper about smaller cages inducing stress:

This page, courtesy to TheFeldHamster, cites a few scientific sources you might find useful (English translation is below):

Nutrient requirements of hamsters (I haven't actually read it, it's quite lengthy + there are multiple pages to it so have fun wading through this haha):

Great links Plushie! I only know of the HH main site, which is in need of updating, lol:

Be sure to acknowledge and credit all sources in your paper! :)

Thank you! Plushie posted some of the sites I was thinking of! I've clicked them randomly around HH, but never thought to save them.

I'll definitely be citing all of my resources, as that's actually one of the main points for this essay. :3
