Birthday cake

- 1 slice of wheat bread
-1/4 cup of mixed fruits (bananas, strawberries, apples)
- 3 baby carrots
-4 chopped up milkbone dog treats

help me ASAP

It seems really huge. I mean are these for multiple syrians? I would -not- feed that to a dwarf hamster at all.

You could give a tiny bit of this to a dwarf, but really a teeny tiny little bit.

Reason being, carrots and fruits have lots of sugar in them, and dwarfs are prone to developing Diabetes. Avoiding or severely limiting sugary stuff like this is best for them. (For instance, I never gave any dwarf more than a couple of thin slices of a baby carrot at a time. And never gave them more than a dime sized piece of fruit.)


This is a massive amount of food though. I would cut the recipe and use only 1/4th of what it calls for. It'd still be far too much for a single dwarf hamster, but at least it's less wasted food.
