My hamster, Hammy, had two little bumps under her right armpit. They looked like pimples and were hard. I didn't mess with them because I thought they might hurt her. But today, I had her out and was playing with her and I found more bumps on her other side. There's about 4 bumps total and I have no clue what they are or how they got there. Are they pimples? Should I have them looked at by a vet? Help!

how old is Bumby? you say these look like "pimples"
so I'm guessing they are very very small, almost
pinhead size?

if so, and they are hard as you say, I wouldn't worry.
most important thing is to monitor them and make
sure they don't increase in size, especially that they
don't increase in size very quickly.

hamsters often get skin weirdnesses like tags, warts
etc that are harmless.

She's a year and 3 months old

yes, that's usually about the age you really start to see these
odd skin things.... as I said, unless they start to grow, they
don't sound like anything to worry about.
