I have another reccomendation:

Title: Warriors

Author:Erin Hunter

Type: Animal fiction

Comments: I am on the Power Of Three series right now, but I will tell you about the first series.
A house cat, named rusty, has been discovered by some forest cats while he tries to catch a mouse.
he is afraid at first, but he does not know how they can completley change his life. The strange
prophecey: Fire alone can save the clan, is connected with him some how, but I cannot say without
giving away a big part of the book. Anyway, it's a book I would recomend to any good reader. The first book is: Into The Wild

'The Forgotton Garden' by Kate Morton is one of the best books I have read in ages. Couldn't put it down. Won't tell you about it incase you read it. Heavy stuff but defiantely worth a read. Let me know if anyone decides to read it.

"The Surgeon" by Tess Gerritsen is another great book. A lot of medical words used that I didn't understand but basically a killer is on the loose and the Boston police have to find him. Great twists and characters you can believe in.

*X*

If you are a spiritual person, I recommend the series of books by Jacky Newcomb. I recently read "An Angel Held My Hand" and I didn't put it down. The series is compiled from stories from ordinary people around the world and the experiences they've had with the "other side" *X*

I suggest the Alchemyst series. Amazing books! It starts off a smidge slow, but it gets better!

If you're up for something a bit whimsical and you don't mind some social issues popping up (not really directly addressed) definitely check out the Weetzie Bat Books, they're compiled into a single work called "Dangerous Angels."
