Salutations all,
I am seeking to adopt, buy, or take in and LOVE 2 baby Chinese Dwarf hamsters. I emphasize their age because I wish to rear them from the earliest age possible so as to fortify the bond between us and ease into the taming process smoother and quicker. I am experienced with hamsters, and above all I am interested in a friendly, cuddly, loving temperament!
IF YOU KNOW OF ANY BREEDERS IN WASHINGTON STATE, or have any information or tidings to pass along to me, I would very much appreciate them!
Thankyou for your time, may your hammies live long and prosperous lives ;)

This isn't what you want to hear, but no reputable breeder (which is the only breeder you should adopt from) will let an owner adopt a baby hamster. Hamsters are much better off with their mother from birth to 4-6 weeks old, after which they may go to new homes--but aren't babies, technically speaking.
Unless you mean a young hamster, which is a much better choice ;)

Yes -- To Clarify: I am seeking a YOUNG hamster or hamster pair, ideally 4 weeks of age or as close to that age as possible.

That's better!
Hehe.
I'll give the usual suggestions of Kijiji, Craigslist, and Petfinder. I'm not sure if there's a hamster club in your state, but if there is that's an excellent place to start and find good breeders and good hamsters
When going on Craigslist and Kijiji beware of backyard breeders. BYBs will typically have unhealthy hamsters, not know their hamsters' backgrounds, etc. Plus their hamsters may have worse temperaments due to bad genes.
Good luck with the search! I'm not sure how common Chinese hamsters are in your area but hopefully you'll be able to find a pair
