Comments on behavior: She loved to be held; one of the most tame robos I have ever seen. She loved running on her wheel with her sister, for long periods of time. She enjoyed burrowing deep into their enclosure to bury treats and make a series of holes and nests.
Any illnesses, or health issues they had in the past: None to my knowledge. Never had any problems with them health wise...
Cage kept in: 10 gallon tank connected to an Ovo Suite.
A brief description: She was a complete sweetheart. She made anyone who looked at her smile in awe at how adorable she was. She was always active, and always busy doing something. She spent little time resting, and lots of time keeping me awake running on the wheel with her sister, lol. I would come to feed them or give them treats, and she was always there.

Date of Death: March 23rd. 2012.

Description: Omg the day I got this little devil I was gald he was being returned the next day. He HISSED at me when we opened the box I cried but my mom said 'he's saying hello'. We had to wear a glove to take him out of the cage. The only time he was friendly was when we held him but even so he was still mean. When we tok him back to get the other Ricky he bit a store employee through the box. When he was back in the cage he was friendly. This sounds mean but, I'm glad your gone.

Behavior: Chocolate loved to eat. When we cleaned our hamsters' cages, she only checked to see if the food bowl was still there after we cleaned it, because to her, as long as the food's there, everything will be okay. She was buried in her pink bathtub (the thing she's in in the picture) so that it can be like a coffin.
Health issues: Got a cut on shoulder from an attempted mating session from my hamster Marshmallow

-Personality/Behaviors: She's calm just like everyone always told me Syrians would be. Despite that, though, she has a lot of personality. She's very curious. Whenever something's going on near her, she's right there in the front of her home, watching. She seems to like being handled and will willingly walk onto a hand if it's offered to her. She's got a very healthy appetite and will eat all her food in one day (often in one sitting). She loves her food and seems to know when to expect it as she'll be at the front of her home again, waiting. She had a bit of a bar chewing problem in her cage and was an escape artist until the cage my sister had for her broke and the top wouldn't open properly, closing off her "escape route". She hasn't escaped at all in my care despite my sister saying she escapes a lot, so I'm 100% sure the escape route was the small space between the door and the top of the cage. (This speaks in present tense, but I'm leaving as is. Reading it brought a smile to my face and made me tear. She was a great hamster).
-Health: She had no known health conditions
-Cage kept in: She arrived in a Hartz Play City, spent some time in a ten gallon, I attempted to build a bin cage but failed, and she lived the rest of her days in a twenty gallon.

-Comments on behavior etc.: Charlie was playful when he was younger, but mellowed out later in his life. He was a pretty easy going hamster overall, and loved his wheel and digging.

-Cage kept in: 20 gallon Zilla tank.

-A brief description:Charlie was a playful long haired Syrian. While he was never quite as tame as Buttercup, he did grow to be very friendly. He loved his treats, and spent most of his time on his wheel or trying to build burrows. His burrows were not that great, but the poor boy did try.

Cause of Death: Old age/natural causes, passed in his sleep

-A brief description: Sunny was the sweetest hammy who loved to be cuddled and be pet. Sometimes when he saw me, he would scrabble on the plexiglass to come out to play. He loved food of all kinds, but his favorite, which he was obsessed with, were pumpkin seeds. He always smelled kind of citrus-y for some reason and was very soft, fat and squishy. Miss you, my little Sun-bun. :<

Cause - Snooki was 2 1/2 years old and we believe she either took a stroke or came down with wet tail. I came home that day to find her poor body sprawled out in her nest, and there was nothing I could do. I sat helpless looking at the greatest hamster I have known, realizing that she was gone. AND YES, I spoiled her.

-Cage kept in: One of the critter trails as well as a 2nd cage which had 3 floors with stairs

Behaviour Notes: Tomomi was the friendliest little angel ever - he loved people. From Day 1 he slept with his face peeping out so he could see me. Whenever I returned home he'd be there waiting for me, standing on his hind legs looking up at me! He loved cuddles and kisses, and was quite chubby!!
Health: Tomomi developed an ear wart after about a year, it got bigger, to the size of a baked bean eventually, but we had it checked and it wasn't obstructing his hearing. About 2 months ago we found a lump on his back/bum, about the size of a pea.. it got bigger very quickly. The vet said it'd grow until it would take his life. It got very large, but he still played and ran around happily. He turned very quickly, over a few days he got slow and quiet, and I knew what was coming.
Cage: 27x39x55cm Ferplast Mini Duna cage in Pink (with added stickers!)
Other: Tomomi loved when my brother played guitar, and his favourite food was peas when he was a baby, then sunflower seeds as he got older!
D.O.D Tomomi died on Sunday just before 1AM, in my arms.

Pippin was my first hamster I ever had. She was very tame and I loved her so much. She lived a good 4 months and then she said good bye to me and didn't wake up. I wanted her to stay longer so badly! I stroked her fur as she closed her eyes for the last time. It was painful but I am glad she got to rest in peace. I hope she made it safely over the Rainbow Bridge, I loved her so much and I always will. <3

Illness/Health: Since she was given to me, I'm not sure, but she had Hazel Hamster food and before I got her she lived in a tiny cage most of her life and her old owners didn't take as good care of her. I had her for 5 months. She was chubby when I got her but got skinnier and skinnier because of her new wheel and cage. She was eating and drinking normally though before she passed and was acting normally the day before
