hi everyone,
a horrible tale but a true one!!
i forgot to post it because i heard it about a week ago.
yes its true what has the world came to it takes almost 400 hamsters to make one coat! :dissappointed: :dissappointed:
poor hamsters they fatten the hamsters up and then suffocate them!!!!
then get the skin off and make it into a coat its horrid!

i don't understand why people would need animal fur when we have the technology to manufacture so many different types of artificial materials.

it's just plain cruelty, can we start a petition or something to protest?

That is horrible. I can't belive someone could do that. Those people are heartless evil fiends!

Dusty, we should start a petion. Everyone should know that this is happening, and that it should be stopped.

Some people have recently heard that some people use hamsters to make fur coats! It's just horrible! Just think, somebody taking the life of you and 100s of other people just to put your skin on a small 75$ coat!? But instaed of taking just one rabbit, or chinchilla, or mink they take the lives of 400 poor little hamsters!! Please sign our petition with your first name (or nickname) and last (if you want, you DONT have to put your last) name. Please sign it, not just for you but for the hamsters. Then pass it on to everyone you know and have them sign it and pass it on. Please do this, thousands of little hamsters are counting on you!!~

That is so horrible! :'( All those poor little hamsters.... being killed for just one coat... That's terrible. It should be against the law to kill so many animals for one coat no matter how small the animal is! >:(

I agree with Dusty. Why can't they just make coats RESEMBLING hamster fur, made of artificial material?

I think a petition is a very good idea!

right now:
i heard on the news in britian(where i live)
it takes 400 or more hamsters to make a coat.
but there not sure if they will be selling the coats.

thats all the info i have at the moment i'll try to find some more!

this is such sad news. Why do people want to kill hams? they are innicent then they get suffocated and made into a useless coat. :'( A petition is a great idea. We have to make a difference and stop this animal cruelty.
