Irwin's Last Adventure To Air in January
The wildlife special tragic Crocodile Hunter star Steve Irwin was shooting when he was killed by a stingray's barb in September is to air in January. The Discovery Channel and Animal Planet TV networks will simultaneously air his last TV project Ocean's Deadliest in America on January 21. The animal expert and conservationist was killed off the coast of Australia while shooting the show with oceanographer and adventurer Philippe Cousteau. Cousteau, who was aboard Irwin's boat Croc One with the Aussie TV star during the expedition, narrates the 90 minute documentary. The special is expected to be one of the two nature channels' biggest ratings winners as fans tune in to catch a last glimpse of the Crocodile Hunter.

Hmm I think they meant the show he was filing but not his death

R.I.P Steve :candle: :rose: :rainbow:
It is just the show he was filming and NOT his death that will be shown, I've read about this at a couple of other sites.

R.I.P Steve <3
His wife said they would not show the death of Steve when someone interviewing her. Brave decision to be honest.

he was my role model!! it's so tragic :crybuckets: i especially feel bad for his kids, Bindi and Robert. They are still so little..
on the day he died, we just got cable again, and i turned it on to animal planet. all of a sudden there's this little commercial with sad music putting on pics of him, and then it tells that he DIED. so the first thing i saw on cable for like three years was that my favorite star EVER was DEAD!!!!!!
