Hi guys!

So, one of my female mice has been picking on another one. I have four girls, and the alpha, Neptune, is picking on the smallest one, Mercury. She will chase her, and Mercury has some bald patches around her neck that I believe to be from Neptune aggressively grooming her.

I am asking for advice about what to do in this situation because I honestly don't know what to do. Should I seperate Neptune, or is it not as big of a deal as I think it is?

When there is clear bullying, you usually remove the bully for about 3 days. After the "timeout" the bullying usually stops entirely and all of the mice end up living in peace.
