So, my mom is out shopping, and she found at least 3 baby mice in her car. She is coming home right now, and should be home within 20 minutes, but I don't know what to do. We will be looking for the mom and other pups, and the pup that my mom showed on camera looked really young. She said that they were moving, too. What should I do?

I’m assuming these are wild mice, not domestic ones that somehow found her way into the car? Do you know roughly how old they are? Any pictures? Are their eyes open or closed? Do they have any fur yet? Where in the car were they found? So, my mom is out shopping, and she found at least 3 baby mice in her car. The best thing to do would probably be to take the to a wildlife shelter if there is one near to you? I know some vets will also take in wild animals free of charge too. Before then though if you aren’t able to find the mum, or she doesn’t respond to their needs I would probably make a little nest in a cardboard box with a heat mat underneath and some scraps of material. They will need milk, I’m not sure what formular you would need but if you ring an exotic vet they might be able to give you some advice. Feeding them using a (clean) paintbrush tends to work well as they can suck the milk out of it.
I’m sorry I’m not too much of a help, and feel free to correct me anyone if there are other things that should/shouldn’t be done!
Good luck <3
Edit: okay, depending on the age, baby mice will need to be fed more or less every two hours including over night. They should not be fed cows milk since it is difficult to digest however some people will *apparently* recommend goats milk. If you are able to get a specialised formular that would probably be better though.
I will do a bit of research for you!

My mom bought kitten formula as we looked up what type for mice, and I tried feeding it with a paint brush.
