If Guinea pigs are any bit as sneaky as hamsters, they'll be able to chew out of them.... Perhaps their mouths aren't small enough though?
You can make about 1000sq" I think? They are very easy to use

Depending on how you configure it, yes. I would recommend wire panels over solid ones though. They’re better for ventilation. Just keep in mind that some grids can trap guinea pig’s heads, so you’ll want to be wary of the spacing.
