Arwen and Galadriel got their new cage today. They were in a 2x3.5 which was fine.. until they settled in then they wanted more room to run and popcorn zoom, etc. so I got them a new coroplast base with rivets. For a total of 2x5 grids



Each end has a small non tip bowl for their pellets I feed once during the day.

Evening I give them their veggie dish which I’ll get a pic of them munching those tonight.

I think it could be really cool if you could add a long tunnel in the front open section, so they can run through it or use it as a hide

 

What type of bedding is that?

That’s the only tube I got how. And the only color they had!

The bedding is kiln dried pine, determined to be safe. It’s the scented or air dried keepers and breeders advise against.

Not ChinchillaDude but it's made out of NIC/C&C grids and coroplast.

and you can buy them seperately on amazon, search for 'wire storage cubes'

The crinkle tunnel I use mostly for their floor time but I did put this tunnel in there and Arwen is using it as a hide! Thanks for that tip by the way.

Just an update I have a third sow now she was all alone and not they are a trio but I added a 3rd pellet bowl and a 3rd water bottle
