IDK where you live, but just type something like "Ethical Abysinian Breeders in Northern Texas" and maybe you'll find some ethical breeders?

Also make sure that when visiting breeders, they know the parent's genetics, will let you see the parents and siblings, and will answer all of your questions (how often do you breed your cats?, when do you separate the mom from the kittens?, kitten vaccines? Spay/neuter?) an ethical breeder should be very knowledgeable on vaccines, spay/neuter (which I highly recommend you to do) and if he/she sounds fishy ('I breed my cats every 3 months, I separate the kittens from their mom earlier than 2 months,  breed for cute kittens' etc) Most ethical breeders let their cats have only 2 - 3 litters every year and spay/neuter their cats when they reach 6 years old.

You can also find some rescues that specilize in Balinese, Javanese, Siamese, and other oriental breeds and some balinese mixes. Good luck!

I don’t really mind where, a lot of places will let you pay for a flight for the kitten. But I need to know if they are reliable, and I’m completely new to cat breeders.

My little sisters outdoor kitten is missing, so my family is looking for a Balinese kitten to surprise her with just incase hers doesn’t come back, since they are known to trigger allergies a little less than a normal cat.

Um maybe looking for that kitten for a bit longer would be better than getting a new pet? I mean what if the other kitten comes back? I mean it's not a great idea to surprise a person with a pet, but I personally would look a bit more for your current missing kitten before getting a new one

We’re giving her a few more weeks/months to show. Sis doesn’t want a new kitten, I’m just trying to find a breeder incase she ever decides she does.
