Hello,

If anyone can help me find links to the websites of ethical breeders for those breeds ^^ it'd be great thanks!

I've found Pom Palace, I'm not sure if it's ethical....it seems so though?

*please do not say anything about getting the dog from a breeder, this isn't for me, it's a question of someone I know*

Pom Palace does seem ethical.

I did find some other breeders that seem ethical:

https://www.templecitypoodles.ca/ breeds toy poodles, and is in Alberta.

Sorry to cut this short, but I'll edit this comment if I find any more.

You can check the Canadian Kennel Club website if you’re looking for a good breeder. CKC registered dogs are health-guaranteed and the breeders care about the dogs.

Pom Palace does not appear remotely ethical. There is absolutely no information provided about the parents, their health clearances, or why each litter was bred. They sell to anyone with money, rather than carefully vetting each home. It doesn't appear they are breeding with any kind of purpose, such as to improve conformation or working drive, and as far as I can tell, none of their dogs are titled and possibly not even registered.

There are several groups on FB dedicated to helping vet breeders and refer to reputable breeders, most titled something similar to Opinions of Breeders, I'd try one of these for further education on what you should be looking for. Also be aware that no reputable breeder is going to take serious puppy inquiries from an unknown minor.
