I don't know much about piggies, but I am chuckling at the chinchilla guy, with a picture of a hamster asking about guinea pigs XD
*not in a bad way*

I think taming/handling them seperatley would be okay, though it would be ideal if the other guinea pig can see the other, as this gives them a sense of security I think. I think you should let them roam/be in a playpen together because I have observed that my piggies like following each other, like they feel safe together.
Hope this helped!
Edit: Some piggys learn from the other, so if one of your piggies sees the other being handled and petted, then they may be okay with it, too. Just a thought. ![]()

Is it okay to take my piggies out to bond with them individually, or let them roam by themselves? Or should they always be handled while they’re together? I honestly don’t know if they always need another piggie out with them to feel safer or what not. Just does seem like it’d be easier to give them one on one time with their owner.
I don't know much about it, but I just wanted to remind you to follow your topics ![]()

Good luck with the piggies <33
