Hello!

 

I've seen a lot of people around here who are wanting to stem away from hamsters, which is awesome! However, I would like to note that, generally speaking, very few of us have experience in very few other animals, so asking for care advice on this forum generally isn't the best idea. However, don't you worry, there are other forums for these animals, too!

 

I'm just going to be going down through the ones I've used or look really good, but if you have any suggestions feel free to reply to this and I'll add them!

 

Oh, and I won't be covering dog/cat care here--I think most people own those and their care isn't as hard to come across as with rats or fish. Of course, forums for these animals exist, I just feel with the forum's current interests they aren't necessary here.

I also think Hamster Central may be a good idea

Maybe Emiology and Wickens Wicked Reptile may be good ideas

Ratguide.com has loads of information on rats.

Chins n hedgies is a good site for any information about chinchillas and hedgehogs! There's also a little info about other exotics, but not much.

Chinchilla club is also decent- a little old though. I am also not 100% sure if the original forum still works anymore but still worth a look?

I don't know a lot of other Chinchilla owners but I always see ads for Chinchillas in my area!
