Hello everyone!!

Recently I've been wanting to look into possibly getting some frogs, so I was wondering if you all had any forums or videos or anything that you'd recommend me looking into. I've done next to no research on frogs, so I have literally no idea what I'm doing, hence my askings. I think I'd prefer a couple of African dwarf frogs, if that helps with anything. So if you could leave some links, that would be great!!

Thanks so much!!

African dwarf frogs are awesome pets. I don’t know about any frog forums, but their care is pretty easy. A heated 5+ gallon tank, a filter, gravel or sand, real or fake plants. Pellets, brine shrimp and bloodworms. They are my easiest pets. The males can be loud sometimes, so I would try to get females.

Oh yeah, I actually saw that forum! I just forgot, haha.
From what it looks like, it’s super inactive, so I could use it for a research point, but not a questions point.
Thanks for reminding of this!!

Feel free to ask me any questions. I have had 7 or 8 of these frogs throughout my life so far.

Also, they can go well with a betta. I have housed 3 bettas successfully with them. My frogs go CRAZY for bloodworms.

Fishlore has a bunch of active ADF owners under their amphibian subforum. Since both fish and ADFs are fully aquatic it's kind of a logical step for most fish keepers in terms of expansion haha.

Hi, I can't share information about the African dwarf frog specifically. Still, I think you should read the research in Google about https://cleverpetowners.com/why-is-my-frog-turning-brown/ and so on. I recently read an article about this thing that seemed very interesting to me. If you are interested in this, you can find similar information on Google. I don't think it's difficult for you. If I can find the site where I read articles about frogs, I will definitely share it with you, my friend. I hope my post will help you, at least in some way. Good luck with your research.
