If I make a tp roll toy for my Syrian, she has it ripped into pieces and the treat out within 3 minutes. Any ideas of a toy that is easy for me but harder for her? She needs more of a challenge to stimulate her.

I give my hamsters walnuts. It takes them a while to get the nut out and they really like them. :) But they can be hard to find whole. I like to get lots around Thanksgiving and Christmas to last me a while. I also like to scatter feed my hamsters, it gives them something fun to do. You can hang millet spray from the top of the cage with a chip bag clip (don't know what it's called) they REALLY like that! :)

There are some places that cell puzzle toys for birds that involve them having to open a drawer to get to a treat, or turn something around until the holes line up. You could try something like that.

I could suggest popsicke stick toys you can tie them together with natural string or use child safe PVA non toxic glue to make a wooden chew it’s cheap easy interesting and will take longer to chew through
