Erin's animals has a lot of fun pet diy toys. She has a whole playlist of treats and diys on her YouTube channel.

Cardboard toys are great if you make them.... so are popsicle stock toys glued together with non toxic PVA glue or hot glue. Wooden toys are amazing as well. Hope this helps you a bit.
Hi! Just letting you know that hot glue isn't actually safe to use unless your hamster doesn't chew. If ingested, it can cause blockages
in the hamster's intestines. Non-toxic PVA glue (such as Elmer's Craft Glue) is best.
