I really want to ride a horse, I am fairly good at riding but I don't know were to go in the area for lessons. All the paces I know of are quite far away from my house I used to ride at a girl scout camp but I am quiting girls scouts because the troop leader is not very nice.

You could try asking someone local to teach you. It really depends on the person but I'm sure there is someone who would be willing to teach you.

Another horse lover! Yay 
So I would go online and search for smaller barns near you to see if a livery owner would be willing for you to do lessons on their pony for a small fee and have their instructor teach you, again for a smallish fee.
