I don't think you would need a hamster groomer. They clean themselves with their tongue, so they never need a bath. Of course, a bath would be detrimental (if not deadly) to them regardless. A sand bath and the occasional brushing of their fur with a toothbrush should do a fine job.

You could take them to your qualified veterinarian. I know that some vets will do haircuts, nail trimming, etc.

I really think taking a hamster to a vet/groomer is unnecessary stress for the hamsters. I mean come on, really, they are not people and do not need to go out for a haircut (does dwarf fur even grow past a certain length?!)

I recommend a sandbath placed in the cage 24/7. For me this is essential, my dwarfs are always hopping in and out of their sandbaths and it's good for their fur and de-stresses them I think. And you can buy little grooming kits with brush/comb for their fur but it's totally unnecessary in my opinion. Perhaps very tame hamsters may enjoy the feeling of being brushed but I don't think they actually do anything, I think the kits are designed for long haired Syrians.

Your hamsters nails may need clipping if they are overgrown but this is the only grooming they would ever need any help with. Putting your hamster in a travel cage and taking it out for a 'groom' is utterly ludicrous my view.
