Am I missing anything? I am considering adopting an ADF :) but I want to make sure I give him/her the proper care.

  1. Tank- People have different minimums, but I say 5 gallons for 1 frog. 10+ is better. Fully cycled (0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, below 20 nitrate, pH ~7-8, )
  2. Filter- Use filter that doesn't disturb the water too much
  3. Heater- 75 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 to 28 degrees Celsius
  4. Substrate- nothing to big that they could get stuck under or anything too small they could swallow. I'm going bare-bottomed because it's easier for a newbie to clean
  5. Decor- Non-sharp plants, preferably silk or live. Nothing to big that they could get stuck under. Any holes should be big or small enough that they cannot get stuck
  6. Water test kit- Mine is the API Freshwater Master kit, which includes pH, high range pH, ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite
  7. Food- I will be feeding frog jello, but some people simply feed frozen bloodworms and brineshrimp. Try not to feed freeze dried, as it often causes bloating and it has less nutrients that frozen. It is best to feed them in the same place every day.
  8. Water conditioner- make sure it dechlorinates
  9. Thermometer- In-tank is more accurate

I fed my frogs frozen bloodworm, that seemed to be best for them. Everything else on your list seems to be fine.
