Hi my Siryan hamster Butterscotch's potty area smells like poo or diarrhea. Is that a sign of wet tail? Is it OK to give her wet tail drops just to be safe?

Could you post a picty=ure of her tail area? Also don't give wet tail drops as they only hide the symptoms

Could you post a picture to help us better identify it? Wet Tail Drops don't help and only makes things worse. It hides the symptoms of wet tail instead of curing it. The only actual way to cure wet tail is antibiotics given by your vet.
