Rated suitable for the general audience, although I’m sure it’s bound to incite screams of “Omg, that’s so mean!” (which I totally agree is cruel and mean).

Anyway, I think the elevator is operated by hand since it seems to know when to wait for the hamster and when to rise. Poor hamster, I hope he/she is not hurt in the process.

I think it would be pretty cool if it’s a real working elevator and that it stops right outside the doorway instead of leaving a huge gap (on purpose, in this case) in between.

Here’s something that hamster lovers might wanna add to their collection:

USB Hamster Wheel

Yeah, the wheel is not the most practical type (for a hamster in real life) since it has individual rungs instead of a solid surface, lol,  but hey, this is a toy, and it looks really cute right?

You connect it via USB to your PC and install the included software. Then as you type on the keyboard, the hamster runs! The faster you type, the faster the hamster goes!

Not sure why it is stated that it requires 2xAA batteries though when it also says that the hamster and the wheel are powered by USB.

They do not come cheap too, costing about £25 (that’s US$45). And the last we checked (date this post is published), this little dude on the bright red wheel was, gasp, sold out!

Hamster Sudoko

Here’s a tough game. Anyone plays Sudoko? Try a version feature hamster pictures!

The rules are the same as usual Sudoko, you need to get different pictures in each 3×3 grid AND each 9×1 row and 1×9 column at the same time! It gets progressively harder as you are filling up the rest of the 3×3 grids, because your eyes will be all starry trying to pick out the different pics, lol. You can only replace those pics without the red box when you mouse-over.

Flight of the Hamsters

Sounds pretty easy to play, just click once to line up the hamster below the two wheels. Once the hamster is up in the air, click again to launch the pillow which will catapult the hamster over a distance. Collect objects along the way to keep the hamster in the air longer.

Hmm, somehow I can’t seem to hit the hamster with the pillow though. :/
