HH: Hi Mitzi, congratulations for winning Hamster of the Month! How are you feeling now?
MZ: Hi, I’m sleepy, but still happy that I won my first contest ever. I love getting my photo taken and it makes me look beautiful when my owner shows my good side.
HH: Your ears are real cute, how did you get them?
MZ: My owner says that they were made just for me (something about paper, marker, tape, and a twist tie) but I think it could be because I eat too many carrots. Or would that make me orange? I dunno. Maybe it’s because I’ve been such a good little hamster that I’ve been gifted with these from the Boss Ham Ham.
HH: What’s your home like? Do you have lots of toys?
MZ: . In my home we have lots of boys around. 4 to be exact. They are the most annoying human boys I have ever known, and to defend my cage I bite them and box with them. And of course in a boxing match I always win because I’m super strong (Don’t be fooled by my size; looks can be deceiving). My humans have cut up a cardboard tube to entertain me, but I don’t have any hips so it’s had to play with.
HH: Describe your likes and dislikes.
MZ: My favourite games are boxing and staring matches. I always win in both games. I always love sleeping time, and my wheel is the best. My feet sometimes slip in-between the rungs but I ignore that. The human I hate the most is a boy and he always wakes me up and takes pictures of me (which I like, but I don’t want anybody to see my bad side).
HH: Anything else you would like to say to our readers?
MZ: I love everyone who voted for me even though I’m turning gray and old. My owner always complains about how young women get all the attention but I prove that wrong. Dove for the win! (hopefully you got my joke, I got it off the weird glowing box that wakes me up a lot)
