Rated suitable for the general audience, although I’m sure it’s bound to incite screams of “Omg, that’s so mean!” (which I totally agree is cruel and mean).
Anyway, I think the elevator is operated by hand since it seems to know when to wait for the hamster and when to rise. Poor hamster, I hope he/she is not hurt in the process. 
I think it would be pretty cool if it’s a real working elevator and that it stops right outside the doorway instead of leaving a huge gap (on purpose, in this case) in between.

Aww it’s a cute idea, but it makes me cringe everytime the hamster falls off.
I’d be way to nervous to do that with a dwarf. It is kind of cute though.
Actually, I found the part where he is batting the nut funniest

Oh my gosh! That’s terrible! I think it would be a cute and fun idea if the elevator stopped right right next to the place it’s supposed to go to. It made me gasp whenever the poor little guy fell, and I cringed around 2:28.. The poor hamster! I bet the guy who made this wouldn’t like falling out of an elevator over and over again, so why should he make his hamster go through that?

Looks like the hamster is kindda having fun. And he’s really bent on getting into the house. It does makes me cringe to see him constantly falling down flat but I think there should be enough beddings to cushion his fall.
What I think was mean, was the fact that the person entice the little fella with treat that he can’t get. Poor thing.
